$50/NIGHT PER DOG

EACH DAY IS SCHEDULED TO INCLUDE AN EARLY MORNING OUT, BREAKFAST, 30 MINUTE REST, MORNING PLAYTIME, BREAK & NAP, AFTERNOON PLAYTIME, DINNER, EVENING OUT AND FREE ROAM IN THE OUTDOOR PLAY AREA. WE ALSO PROVIDE A LAST OUT AT 9:30 PM SO THAT EACH DOG IS COMFORTABLE BEFORE BEDTIME.

SLEEPOVER DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Boarding is by reservation only, we don’t accept walk-ins.
Boarding reservations can be made in-person, by phone or email. a deposit of 50% of the boarding cost is due at time of drop-off. The remaining 50% will be due at pickup.
boarding is based on a 24-hour period (ex: 9am-9am)

holiday policy: During the holidays we charge a higher rate to accommodate for extra staff and to maintain the quality care we are known for. Holidays are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend (Friday-Monday), Thanksgiving (Thursday-Sunday), Christmas (24, 25, 26), & New Year’s Eve.

Cancellation Policy – To avoid a $45.00 cancellation fee, boarding reservations must be cancelled (in-person, by phone or email) at least 72 hours in advance. Holiday boarding reservations must be cancelled a week in advance. We have a cancellation fee to encourage owners to cancel reservations that they don’t need. Our facility has limited space and is frequently at 100% occupancy. This opens up spots for dogs that need care who might have otherwise been turned away due to full occupancy.
